The Big Spring High School boys basketball team overcame cold shooting with all-out effort, both defensively and on the glass, to dominate the West Perry Mustangs in their season opener Friday evening on the road, 58-26.

The Bulldogs (1-0) held the Mustangs (0-1) to single digits in all four quarters, resulting in the fourth lowest amount of points allowed by the Bulldogs in the past eight years under head coach Jason Creek.
