The little things — executing on bunts, moving baserunners and throwing strikes — added up to a big victory for Newville Post 421 at East Pennsboro Monday, 6-4.

For a young team, Newville (4-6) executed near flawlessly, plating runs in 5 of 7 innings and out-hitting East Pennsboro 11-to-5 in support of four different pitchers to earn the victory. Seth Griffie finished 3-for-4 at the plate with an RBI and 2 runs scored, while Brady Singer went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs and an RBI.
