The Newville Police Department is requesting assistance with identifying the pictured individuals in connection to vandalism and theft at the Newville Community Park. The incident took place around 5 p.m. Saturday, June 5. Anyone with information on the pictured female or male can call the police department at: (717) 776-5513. Police are also reminding parents to speak with their children about littering at the park. The first offense can result in up to a $300 fine and up to 30 hours of trash pick-up. The park has been destroyed in the past few weeks with litter. ‘There are trash barrels everywhere in the park; there is no reason for throwing trash on the ground. Newville please help to keep our park clean. If you see something, say something,’ police added in a news release.
