Cumberland County Chief Clerk Sandy Moyle sadly passed away on Christmas Day, after a long illness.

The Cumberland County Commissioners recently remembered Chief Clerk Sandy Moyle, who passed away on Christmas Day after a long illness. During a public meeting, the commissioners ordered the county flag to be flown at half-staff until Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2021, in memory of Sandy, as a testament to her commitment and contribution to Cumberland County.

“With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our chief clerk, Sandy Moyle, who served the county for nearly seven years,” said Commissioner Gary Eichelberger. “Sandy was a remarkable woman whose dedication and commitment extended to all employees and the residents of Cumberland County.”
