Pennsylvania State Police have charged 36-year-old Gregory Nornhold with homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and murder in the third degree from an Aug. 3 crash that occurred along Interstate 81 South in Silver Spring Township. Two children in Nornhold's vehicle -- a 2-year-old girl and a 4-year-old girl -- were killed in the accident.

Police were called to the interstate at mile marker 54.7 just after 3:30 p.m. Aug. 3, for a three-vehicle crash with injuries. It was determined that Nornhold was driving a northbound Volkswagen Tiguan when he crossed into the southbound lanes, and hit a Ford F-150 and a Ford Focus.
