Pennsylvania State Police said John K. Cook, 54, of Carlisle was killed in a three-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle at 11:54 a.m. Monday, Sept. 6, at the intersection of Anthony Highway (Route 997) and Saint Annes Drive in Guilford Township. His passenger, Pamela S. Cook, 53, of Carlisle, suffered suspected serious injuries and was flown to York Hospital via Penn State Life Lion for treatment.

According to police, the crash occurred when Nancy R. Gray, 81, of Fayetteville was making a left turn onto Saint Annes Drive in a southbound 2015 Hyundai Sonata, in front of Cook’s northbound 2007 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide, hitting the motorcycle head-on.
