Pennsylvania State Police arrested Keenan Blumerschein, 26, of Mount Holly Springs, for cruelty to animals and other related charges after responding to an incident along Pine Road in South Middleton Township at 10:04 a.m. July 31.

Police were called to the scene for an out-of-control individual. Upon arrival, troopers learned that while under the influence of Percocet and another unknown substance, Blumerschein ran around the parking lot screaming, danced on light poles, grabbed residents’ doorknobs and rubbed a dog on his bleeding wounds. Police did not indicate what caused the bleeding.
