Player highlight: JV Lady Greyhound Elizabeth Robinson
You could say Elizabeth Robinson, daughter of Ray Robinson and a freshman Shippensburg Lady Greyhound JV girls basketball team, was born to play basketball.
Her dad coached her all her life and instilled a profound love of the sport.
Ray said, “Elizabeth has liked basketball as long as I can remember. From the start, in ball school team back in Shippensburg Area Youth Athletics (SAYA). She goes to camps and clinics throughout the off season and as a dad I’m very proud of her and love her.”
Ray added, “ She has grown up so fast. I can remember when I coached her, she was small and always willing to learn.”
