The Olde Scotland Yard range facility, located at 1065 Heritage Avenue in Shippensburg, will hold its 2nd annual course championship on its newly redesigned miniature golf course Sat., Nov. 6 beginning at 9:45 a.m. The tournament, open to all players, will consist of six rounds of medal play on the challenging but skillful 18-hole layout, with the top half of finishers receiving prize money. Trophies will be awarded to the top three places. The entry fee will be $30 and contestants are asked to register at the course no later than 8:00 a.m. on the morning of the tournament.

In last year’s inaugural championship, Nate Nichols, a radiology technician from Columbus, Indiana, defeated Brad Lebo, a dentist from Shippensburg, by one stroke in an exciting six-round battle. The outcome of which was determined on the final hole of the event. The two highly-accomplished mini golf touring pros will return to compete in the 2021 field. Nichols’ mini golf tour resume includes wins in the 2019 PPA National Championship, two PPA Northern Opens and the 2012 USPMGA U.S. Open.
