For the Shippensburg Lady Greyhounds, after several years of falling short of expectations, this season has begun to take on a different feel.

The latest evidence of that came Tuesday night, when senior guard Tori Rumbaugh banked home a desperation, game-tying three-pointer at the fourth quarter buzzer to send the game into overtime against the rival Big Spring Bulldogs. The Lady Greyhounds went on to out-score the Bulldogs 7-to-2 in the extra session to finish off what was an improbable 43-38 victory on the road.
