If Shippensburg school board director Dr. Geno Torri were a student in the school district he would be considered chronically truant.

Since his election in 2015, Torri has missed more than one-third of the school board’s regularly-scheduled bimonthly meetings (14 of 40). Instead of having an elected official represent their interests, Franklin County students and taxpayers were represented by an empty chair.
