It’s that time of year again! The days grow shorter, the air gets cooler. Apple harvesting, pumpkin picking, corn mazes, playing in the leaves. However, one seasonal staple to not forget, especially this year, is getting a flu vaccine.

The CDC recommends that people receive their flu vaccination between September-October. Even if someone misses that window, it is still recommended to get a vaccine in January or later. Anyone age 6 months or older is encouraged to receive a flu vaccine.
