Pennsylvania State Police said Riley Taylor Bowers, 29, of Mount Holly Springs, was arrested at 3:08 a.m. Jan. 17, after a 4 ½-hour standoff at 15 S. Baltimore Ave. in Mount Holly Springs Borough.

Police were called to the residence for a disturbance and intentional damage to property. When troopers arrived, police said Bowers became very agitated and began threatening to harm the troopers. While speaking to Bowers, police heard him “racking a round,” as he began barricading himself inside.
