Pickup Truck Accident

One person suffered serious injuries when their pickup truck went off a mountain road and overturned, coming to rest on its roof just after 2 p.m. Sunday on Three Square Hollow Road in Hopewell Township. One passenger was reportedly ejected from the pickup truck, and the other was found walking, unharmed. The injured occupant was transported to Penn State Holy Spirit Medical Center, Camp Hill, by ambulance. The other occupant refused medical treatment at the scene. Pennsylvania State Police-Carlisle were on the scene investigating the accident, assisted by the Newburg-Hopewell Fire Co., Shippensburg Area EMS & ALS and Fire Police.
