El Mariachi

Officials with the Shippensburg Chamber of Commerce gathered with owners and employees of El Mariachi, including Heather and Luis Olvera, middle, on Feb. 13, to celebrate the restaurant’s grand opening in the Shippensburg Shopping Center off of Walnut Bottom Road.

Luis Olvera and his family have always dreamt of opening their own Mexican restaurant.

Their dream became a reality Feb. 13 as they opened the doors of El Mariachi in the Shippensburg Shopping Center, near Planet Fitness and Puff N Snuff.
