NOTICE OF HEARING The Shippensburg Borough Council will hold a hearing at 6:00 p.m., March 5, 2019, at the Shippensburg Borough Office, 111 North Fayette Street, Shippensburg, PA. The purpose of the hearing will be to hear the following Conditional Use Applications: Case Number 2019-CU-01; Joshua Trindel and Blue Trindel for the property located at 334 RR E. King Street, 338 RR E. King Street / Nehf Avenue and 338 RR E. King Street / S. Walters Avenue, Shippensburg. The property is located in the NC, Neighborhood Commercial District. Joshua Trindel and Blue Trindel have applied for conditional use approval for a Landscape Company use and a motor vehicle parking lot use as per Shippensburg Borough Code Chapter 150, Zoning, Article I, Section 150-7 Use Not Provided For and per Shippensburg Borough Code Chapter 150, Zoning Article V, Section 150-213B(2)(d) Use regulations. Case Number 2019-CU-02; Julie Boggs for the property located at 119 Lurgan Avenue, Shippensburg. The property is located in the R-1, Residential District. Ms. Boggs has applied for conditional use approval to change the use of one unit from an office use to a personal service use as per Shippensburg Borough Code, Chapter 150, Zoning, Article X, Section 150-48.C; Non-conforming structures and uses changes.
