PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2020, a Public Hearing will be held by the Supervisors of Penn Township at the Penn Township Building located at 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to review Ordinance 2020-05 which is an Ordinance detailing the responsibilities of Owners/Tenants of warehouses in Penn Township, Cumberland County. Specifically the definitions and Landlord/Owner Responsibilities regarding contact persons for the warehouse facility. Following the hearing, the Supervisors may enact this Ordinance.
