Search and rescue dogs will visit the John Graham Library on June 21.

The John Graham Library is kicking off its summer kids’ programs with a fun ‘A Universe of Stories!’ Activity Day at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, June 13. There will be a variety of fun activities for kids, prizes, plus a visit from the firefighters of Newville’s Friendship Hose Co. On June 21, you can meet real search and rescue dogs at the library! Summit Search and Rescue Dogs, whose bloodhounds help locate missing people, will visit at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 21. The event is free of charge, and everyone is welcome to attend.
