Jacob Cramer

Junior guard Jacob Cramer (9 points) provided the Greyhounds with a major lift as a spot starter in the team's 70-62 victory over Waynesboro Tuesday.

The Shippensburg high school boys basketball team saw a 15-point second half lead whittled down to just three in the final minutes Tuesday, forcing them to survive some nervy moments late in an important Colonial Division win over the Waynesboro Indians at home, 70-62.

The Greyhounds (4-1, 3-0 Colonial) opened the door for the Waynesboro (1-3, 0-2 Colonial) comeback with several key mistakes down the stretch, highlighted by missing the front end of three consecutive one-and-one free throw opportunities inside the final three minutes.
