Carlos Carter shot 6-for-11 from the field, including a handful of dunks, on his way to 15 points against East Stroudsburg Saturday at Heiges Field House.

The No. 24-ranked Shippensburg University men’s basketball team’s 10-game winning streak was snapped on Saturday afternoon when the team lost to Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) rival East Stroudsburg 66-63 in front of a packed crowd at Heiges Field House.

The Raiders (17-4, 13-2 PSAC) fought hard to crawl their way back and take a short-lived lead after trailing 34-28 at halftime, only to see several potential game-tying three point attempts rattle out inside the final minute.
