Greyhound senior Julia Strine was a District 3 silver medalist in the 100-yard breaststroke last season.

 

 

Swimming is all about finding a routine, knowing when to ramp up or when to taper down in order to put up your fastest times when they matter most -- during the postseason.

Obviously, this winter season has been anything but routine, but that hasn’t stopped the Greyhound girls swim team -- coming off an undefeated 10-0 dual meet record in 2019-20 -- from believing they can repeat as Mid Penn Colonial Division champs.
