It’s been said that the majority of New Year’s resolutions are abandoned by the middle of January. Most often, resolutions are tied to improving ourselves by breaking harmful habits or making beneficial changes to make us and thus our lives better.

Change is difficult, however, and many of us decide that the struggle simply isn’t worth the effort.
