So, New Year’s resolutions. What do you think about them? A sure-fire way to set yourself up for failure or the perfect way to reach your goals?

For years, I’ve never been able to keep any resolutions I make for more than a few weeks. One year, there was the infamous two-day long, “I’m going to get up early and exercise” joke that may forever live in the annals of my, “Oh sure, you’re really going to maintain that one” pile.
