Anna M. Ott

Anna M. Ott, 77, of Shippensburg, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2020, in the York Hospital.

She was born Jan. 29, 1943, in Orrstown, Pennsylvania. Anna was a daughter of the late Marlin C. “Smokey” Sr. and Catherine M. Cramer Carroll.

Anna retired from the Stanley Co. after 31 years of employment.  She was a member of the Orrstown United Brethren Church.

Anna is survived by her husband, Robert C. Ott; two sons, Robert E. Ott and Kevin E. (Heather) Ott, all of Shippensburg; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert (Revale) Carroll of Williston, Florida; five sisters, Elmira Starliper of Orrstown, Margaret (Roy) Stouffer of Lurgan, Patsy (Ellis) Myers of Amberson, Catherine Heberlig of Enola and Linda (David) Myers of Newburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Helen, who died in infancy, and a brother, Marlin Carroll Jr.

Funeral services and burial will be private.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Orrstown United Brethren Church, P.O. Box 180, Orrstown, Pa.   17244.
