The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania announced last month that Daryl Pierce, 34, of Harrisburg, was indicted Oct. 23, by a federal grand jury on drug trafficking and firearms charges.

According to United States Attorney David J. Freed, the indictment alleges that Pierce distributed marijuana on multiple occasions in Harrisburg between Aug. 15, 2018, and Aug. 31, 2018. The indictment further alleges that he possessed a firearm during and in relation to his drug trafficking activities.
