Pennsylvania State Police have arrested Forrest Hoover, 26, of Newville, for attempting to flee or elude police.

Police issued a warrant for Hoover’s arrest on Nov. 30, after he allegedly fled from troopers in the Shippensburg Walmart parking lot, driving at speeds in excess of 100 mph. He was found sleeping in his vehicle behind Walmart, with drug paraphernalia in his lap.
