Chambersburg Borough Crash

The female driver of the pictured minivan suffered moderate injuries when she left the road for unknown reasons and hit a utility pole around 7:10 p.m. last Friday in the 200 block of North Second Street in the Borough of Chambersburg. The driver had to be extricated by emergency personnel with the removal of the driver’s side door. She was taken to Chambersburg Hospital by ambulance for treatment. Chambersburg Borough Police investigated the crash, and didn’t have a cause of the accident at the scene. Emergency personnel from the Chambersburg Fire Department & EMS, West Shore ALS and Franklin Fire Co. assisted on the scene.
