Shippensburg Borough Council is exploring what it would take to implement a stormwater fee to afford capital improvements related to stormwater infrastructure, as well as maintain what currently is in place.

Council members heard preliminary information on the topic last Tuesday from their primary engineer, Bill Kick, of Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG), and their solicitor, Sam Wiser, of Salzmann Hughes.
