Shippensburg Councilwoman Josefine Smith suggested an idea that would inform the community about safe guidelines in place for Trick-or-Treat Night during the Oct. 6 council meeting.

“The CDC came out with some guidelines for Trick-or-Treat, and I was just wondering as a borough if that was something we should try to publicize,” said Smith. “I’m just concerned and I want to make sure that we’re doing our due diligence and that we make clear some ways that people can be safe.”
