Samir R. Stevenson

Pennsylvania State Police have arrested Samir R. Stevenson, who was critically injured in the Oct. 6 Shippensburg homicide, and charged him in connection to the death of 21-year-old Shakur R. Myers of Philadelphia.

Stevenson, 21, also of Philadelphia, had planned to rob two students during a marijuana deal, according to charging documents filed in the case. Police said Stevenson conspired with Myers to rob Clayton S. Wilson and Quentin E. Furlow Jr., both 20, and the attempted robbery caused Myers’ death, the affidavit of probable cause filed in Magisterial District Judge H. Anthony Adams’ office reads.
