The Shippensburg Area School Board has reached a consensus regarding the access issue at the high school library that had students voicing their concerns about various inequities during the past several meetings.

The board unanimously decided to advertise for the temporary hiring of a long-term substitute (LTS) librarian at Nancy Grayson Elementary School at last Monday's meeting. This future hiring will allow for Librarian Scott Burkholder -- who had been moved to the elementary schools due to a change in instructional needs -- to return to the high school full time.
