Andrea Nunez

Andrea Nunez, recreational therapy assistant at SpiriTrust Lutheran LIFE, has lots to be thankful for this Thanksgiving. She and her husband are expecting their first child in March. Nunez and members of the staff hosted a dessert social for participants in the LIFE program Tuesday.

In this season of Thanksgiving, it’s hard to pick just one thing that we are truly thankful for because we are blessed in so many ways.

Staff at SpiriTrust Lutheran’s LIFE Center in Chambersburg hosted a dessert social earlier this week for participants and staff, giving everyone the opportunity to partake in a variety of homemade delights, as well as share what they are thankful for this year. Many of the responses included the normal expressions of gratitude such as being thankful for family and friends, and life itself. Others spoke from the heart about their feelings of gratitude this holiday season.
