On Nov. 19, Franklin County 4-H tipped their hats to their outstanding 4-H volunteers and members at the 4-H Recognition Banquet at the New Franklin Ruritan Community Center. The 4-H Teen Leadership Club helped plan the event, chose the “Country Western” theme, made the table centerpieces, and announced award winners.

Ellisa Gamby, vice president of the Teen Leadership Club, was the Master of Ceremonies. Josie Mills, Teen Leadership Club Treasurer, and Abigail Hawk, Teen Leadership Club member, assisted by reading the names of the winners of the Point Awards and Project Awards.
