The General Election is Nov. 3 in Pennsylvania. Voters in Cumberland and Franklin counties will see two names on the ballot for U.S. Congress in the 13th District. Incumbent Dr. John Joyce will appear on the Republican ticket, and challenger Todd Rowley will appear on the Democratic ticket. The 13th District includes portions of Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cumberland, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Somerset and Westmoreland counties. The News-Chronicle sent questionnaires to both candidates to answer pertaining to the district’s key issues, and why they are the perfect candidate for the seat. Below are their replies:
