In a letter delivered recently and during public comments at a Finance Meeting of the Cumberland County Board of Commissioners, county commissioner candidate Michael Fedor expressed his support for a proposal by Commissioner Jim Hertzler to dedicate at least 1 percent of the county's General Fund budget, starting in 2020, to funding its Agricultural Conservation Easement Purchase Program.
