Another successful blueberry fundraiser is in the books for Shippensburg Kiwanis members, and thanks to the overwhelming community support, the club’s sales goal of 1,000 boxes was exceeded, and the amount of funds raised to help the youth and children in the community was once again outstanding.

“Our blueberry sale is our major fundraiser, and we are so very appreciative of all those who purchase berries each year. The continued support is so very important to what we are as a club, and how we can help others in our community,” explained Herb Bowers, Blueberry Project chairman. “The profits from this sale each year help so many organizations within the community, and without the support of all of you we would not be able to do what we do!”
