BOROUGH OF SHIPPENSBURG AERATION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT The BOROUGH OF SHIPPENSBURG will receive sealed proposals online via PennBid for the AERATION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT project, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Sealed bids may be submitted and updated online via the PennBid Program until 12:00 PM on November 1st, 2019. Bids will be opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Borough Office, 111 N. Fayette Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257. A mandatory Prebid meeting will be held a the wastewater treatment plant, 963 Avon Drive, Shippensburg, PA 17257 on Wednesday, October 16th, at 1:00 PM. The work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the demolition of the existing process aeration piping and installation of a new aeration system, including fabricated welded steel diffusers, supply piping, and supports. Additional work items include sidewalk construction, site and township road paving, blower installation, and electrical work. Select items procured by the Borough are to be installed by the contractor. The project is located in Southampton Township, Franklin County. Then click on solicitations tab and scroll down under the "Number" column to "Borough of Shippensburg" and click on the solicitation in the "Title" column that is named "Aeration System Replacement".
