PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Southampton Township, Cumberland County, will meet on Monday, March 7, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Southampton Township Building, 200 Airport Road, Shippensburg, PA, at which time and place testimony will be heard and a decision may be rendered on the following requests: HEARING #CU19-01 Application by A&A Detailing & Repairs and Property Owner Ricky & Randy Hake, 990 Jug Road, York, PA, 17404 for a Conditional Use Permit in relation to their property at 1203 Ritner Hwy., Shippensburg, PA 17257. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit under Article 4, Section 4.04, Subsection (A) of the Southampton Township Zoning Ordinance (2007-03), for the use of the property as a Used Car Sales Lot, Repairs and Detailing. The Conditional use of a Used Car Sales Lot, Repairs and Detailing, would be permitted under Section 4.04A upon approval of the Board of Supervisors as a Conditional Use after a public hearing and shall be subject to the requirements specified in Article 11 and elsewhere in this ordinance.
