PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will conduct a public hearing Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 6:00 PM, at the Southampton Township Building, 200 Airport Road, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, at which time and place testimony will be heard and adecision may be rendered on the following request: HEARING Docket Number 2020 - 03Application by Andrew & Jacqueline Ulmer, 403 Freedom Dr, Shippensburg, PA. 17257, requesting a location variance for a proposed inground pool to their House located at 403 Freedom Dr, Shippensburg, PA. 17257, Southampton Township-Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Application is being made to the Zoning Hearing Board for a Variance from Article 13, Section 13.08, Subsection A, Paragraph 2 of the Southampton Township - Cumberland County Zoning Ordinance #2007-03. The Ulmers are requesting a Rear Setback Variance to allow construction of a proposed inground pool along the rear side of the house. This location would leave a 6-foot rear setback between the property line and water's edge making the Variance Request for 14 feet.
