NOTICE OF HEARING The Shippensburg Borough Council will hold a hearing at 6:00 p.m., August 4, 2020, at the Shippensburg Borough Office, 111 North Fayette Street, Shippensburg, PA. This meeting maybe held via teleconferencing. Please call the Borough Office or check the website for updates. The purpose of the hearing will be to hear the following Conditional Use Applications: Case Number 2020-CU-01; Homesale Realty Services Inc. for the property located at 12 W King Street, Shippensburg. The property is located in the NC Neighborhood Commercial District. Homesale Realty Services Inc. has applied for conditional use approval to convert a residential dwelling unit to a commercial use in order to expand their office space as per Shippensburg Borough Code Chapter 150, Zoning Article X, Section 150-52 Conversion ofresidential dwelling to commercial use. Case Number 2020-CU-02; Chris Sheffield for the property located at 512 W King Street, Shippensburg. The property is located in the C1 Commercial District. Mr. Sheffield has applied for conditional use approval for a motor vehicle sales and service use as per Shippensburg Borough Code Chapter 150, Zoning Article IV, Section 150-20.B(2)(i) use regulations.
