PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2020, a Public Hearing will be held by the Supervisors of Penn Township at the Penn Township Building located at 1301 Centerville Road, Newville, Pennsylvania 17241. The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to review an Ordinance 2020-01 establishing the Guidelines for the Procedures and Requirements for installing, testing, and maintaining signal enhancing equipment associated with the Cumberland County Emergency Communications Network. Specifically the Scope and Purpose, Definitions, In-Building System Architecture, Interference, Alarm and Control, Power Source, Environmental Controls, Initial Coverage Testing and Acceptance, Testing Qualification, Township or Public Safety Personnel Inspections, Temporary Certification of Occupancy for New Structures, Maintenance Responsibilities, Enforcement and Violations and Penalties, Following the hearing, the Supervisors may enact this Ordinance.
